Due to the nature of the products and their customization, we can not accept returns or refunds on our products.
In the case of a defect please contact us within 5 business days from when your product was received with the full detail of the defect along with images and a member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
We currently ship our products to Canada & the United States, for International orders, please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange shipping.
We are happy to accommodate International orders, surcharges may apply (Shipping & Duties).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard shipping within Canada usually take 5 to 10 business days, due to high orders volume and shipping.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes an order is shipped in many parcels, causing multiple delivery dates. Feel free to contact us to enquire on your order, we will be happy to help.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
If you decide you want to cancel/change your order, email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order.
